1/4 c. peanut butter

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/4 c. honey

1 egg

1/2 c. shredded carrots

1/2 c. shredded apple

1 t. baking soda

1 c. flour

Blend together the PB, oil, honey and egg. Add the carrots, apples, baking soda and flour and mix until well combined. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool. Thin cream cheese with a couple Tbsps of milk or water and frost.
