My Aunt Nancy knows how to make a drink! This is like a pumpkin pie served “up.” It has all the sweet pumpkin and warm cinnamon and nutmeg tastes of pumpkin pie but incorperates liqour to make the perfect fall cocktail. She mixed them up for us on our camping trip to Lancaster which made for a great happy hour!
Recipe
Yeild: 12
1 liter vanilla vodka
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. Licor 43
2 T. agave necter
splash of half and half
Mix all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake, then pour into cinnamon sugar rimmed martini glasses.
