Grape Rosemary & Provolone Pizza

Another pizza… another funky topping! I saw this recipe in a Better Homes & Gardens magazine a few years ago. To this day it’s one of my favorites. I love the way the grapes taste paired up with provolone- one bite and I am instantly reminded of wine and cheese!

Recipe
1 store bought pizza crust ( I used pillsbury)
8 oz pizza blend cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grapes, cut in half
1 t. rosemary, chopped
drizzle of olive oil
S&P

Roll pizza dough out onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes, so it is about half way done. Remove from oven, brush crust with olive oil then top with cheese, rosemary, and grapes. Season with S&P. Return to oven and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
